Saige Haus sits in a lush, 4 acre healing farm and forest garden, located in Bullet Tree Falls, a vibrant, rural village in Western Belize. It’s a 15 minute drive from the bustling sister towns of San Ignacio and Santa Elena.
Saige Haus is named after my 3rd and youngest daughter, Saige. It’s a vision that has been evolving since 2018 when I first traveled to Belize and fell in love with the country and its people. I built Saige Haus because I found peaceful solace in the beautiful vistas and lush green jungles that Belize provides. I knew I had to create a space to retreat and reset, to heal and to grow, within its mystical and meditative setting.
Before creating Saige Haus, I founded Gathered Greens. Gathered Greens started out as a small microgreen farm in Lambertville, NJ that evolved into a mission driven organization offering organic produce, nature based art and products, healing eco tours, and now blissful casita stays at Saige Haus.
Your first morning at Saige Haus you will awaken to nature’s symphony and mountainous views. Within the forest garden you will find a variety of fruit trees, native flowers & plants, meditation gardens as well as medicinal herbs all planted by myself and close friends, many gifted by local Maya elders and healers.
Throughout the year, I host excursions to introduce small groups of people to the pulse of this beautiful Central American country. The casita is ready to offer you peace and comfort. The land is producing and the food forest is flourishing.
